I know John and I would rather be in the non-smoking car. I don't mind the smoke, its the smelling like smoke later that I hate. So Tom, if you are volunteering to be the third in the "smoke car" then i don't see a problem with this. anyone else?

Hmm...
I have no beef with smoking, but I'd prefer to not sit in smoke for the whole drive.

I say this, itsnot like we will be having the windows up and and chain smoking , hot boxxing the whole car. I always try to be cool about it. I dont know. I guess we could use gregs car as the cargo car. I could use my thick wool blacket to cover up all the gear so it doesnt smell like cigs and that should do it. So I guess greg and I will be the cargo vic and you guys can carry extra stuff and all the people. Sound Good??? Later DOc

My car probably won't like taking all that gear, we can fill the trunk, but the back seat is def. a no-go.

Greg, why is your backseat a no-go?

It's a focus, not a truck. Too much gear, and I won't have enough horsepower... I was just trying to save people money on gas. 5 extra miles to the gallon over 2000 miles is a few gallons, and thereby a few extra bucks.

So, if I understand this right: Greg can take 3 people and no gear, or 2 people and a trunkload of gear.
I feel like bringing Brent's van instead of Tank's CRV might be the answer if Greg is set on driving. That increases our cargo space and seating capacity. Of course, that's Brent and Tank's call.

sound to me like rome wants to drive. Rome your thoughts. I have NO PROBLEM not driving. But if I need to I will.

Why don't we take Tank's car, and mine... I can get someone else in the backseat, and take the lighter stuff, like clothes and tents. Tank can take the gear like duffel bags of tacvests and guns. I'll have a duffel bag and a gun... This way, we can save on gas and get everything in there.
I'm really not set on driving... It doesn't bother me one way or another.
