Ok, here's what I have in my notes.
We are going to go with Melius' scenario for the game.
We will open the event at 8 am, registration will begin then and go until 11 am. Gameplay will start at 12:00 (noon). The time in-between will be used to give a safety brief, general scenario brief, and the specific team briefs after they are brought to their starting positions.
We will end gameplay at 6 pm, and then do end ceremonies, including raffles and acknowledging the winning team. We will tear down after that, and Sunday during normal KSUAT playing time we will walk through the field and clean up any trash left over from the event.
There will be no mag or uniform restrictions at this event, teams will be designated by a colored cloth worn on the shoulder and extending to the elbow.
FPS limits for the event will be raised to 550 FPS max, with a 100 ft engagement range. 450-550 fps will be semi only, and the guns will be required to be physically incapable of auto to be considered semi. Pistols will be chronoed as well, with a limit of 350 fps and engagement range of 10 ft. No CO2 or red gas pistols will be allowed.
If I remember anything else, I'll post it up.

To start off I would like to say that the meeting went very well. There was a lot of things that we talked about of things we need help from the team. To start with:
1. We need help with set up and tear down of registration and chrono tables. 2. We need help with clean up after the event on Sunday. 3.We need 1 more person's help making shoulder straps with Josh and Greg. 4. Anyone with water coolers willing to use them for the event. 5. 1 person to help Shane assemble the removable cover. 6. 2 or more people to build 15 flags with Josh and Greg. 7. Anyone who wants to help build the downed plane. 8. 3/13/2010 help walk fields to find respawn, down plane, and start areas.
This the start of the meeting. Anyone who is willing to help with any of these items please contact Shane or Josh ASAP. Right now in the works are new business cards, KSUAT banner, operation banners. Josh is going to spend tomorrow speaking with vendors about sponsorship. Any other ideas should be posted as soon as possible.
Thanks. Josh Newey TFI President
