I know where they intend to have this event and it is not so much CQB as it is a giant open field with alot of those connex buildings and compounds. This is our strong point taking buildings with grace and extreme speed. But open flat land no terrain to defend is not. We dont usually do very well in large open fields. So we ar going to have to rely on our ability to be shock troops and go from home base to another building take it and hold it till we can hold it then move on and so forth. I really think we cna take this game with ease. I have some new toys that I have bought while I have been in IZ and they should help us out a little on taking ground. Plus , I am in awesome shape this time around and I am ready to kick some butt. So , again if everyone can just start making reservatinos and we can start making 3-4 man teams ,I think we should be ready. Just got to decide on which side to play.
First , lets get a roster going of whos coming as of right now and then update it as time gets closer and more people RSVP. Once this is established and it gets closer we can worry about other details.
I figure by sept 1 we should start looking at which team we are on and also who is going ot run with who. Keeping the small strike team format will make us a force to be reckon with . Plus 4 man teams can pull security for themselves and also still assault if need be. You can make alot of people mad with just 4 guys running around sneaking into the hard to get spots.
So post up ,
I am a GO for sure . 100%

I for one would like to go serb because street clothes is easy enough to put together and offers more freedom for players to go crazy with their looks.

I agree with going civilian, we'll see what the rest of the team thinks.
By the way, please do not register at this point on the Op Phoenix Board, I'd like to get a list here, get into squads, then register by squads, just so we stick together and don't get split up. Unless of course you don't want to roll with the rest of the team, go ahead and register then.
Allright, so here's the start of a list:
Attending Phoenix 2:
Wayne + 3? Doc Shane Alex Caleb

Ok just wanted to know if anyone had any AK mid cap magazines that they would be willing to loan out for this event. Thanks.
Also I have one friend who wants to go, his name is Trent. I will outfit him with a gun and ammo. He would like to know if we would like more people for our team because he knows some people who would like to go as well. I told him I would have to check in with the team regarding how much loner equipment we have and then get back to him. So how many people have guns that they would be willing to loan out to new guys?

Dmr are 50' start point an at 500fps. Snipers are 500+ at 70'. Everything else is mostly at 20' start.

Shane, you should call greg and seeif he is going, I know he wants to and he needs to also. I will be calling him when I can but that might be a couple days away. Plus I talked to TACT. The head guy said he wants to roll with us and he will maybe be bringing a portion of his team. He has his two sons coming again. I will talk to him more about it when I get the chance. I think we can swing a 20 man team here again. We just need to organize it. Later DOc

Be nice if we could run at least two hi-caps and all mid caps.

I know that doc. But if you was at the first phoenix they did allow hi caps. And flatline they allowed hi-caps I read over the rules several times. Go check out for yourself on Phoenix board. I am hoping a change in rules, they done it before. We will see before the event what they will allow.

Wayne has a point though. It would be nice if they allowed at least one high cap because right now I am saying Im going, but in the end it comes down to if I can get mid caps. I have my M4 which I can borrow mags for easily but I am going to lend that to my friend who is planning on coming.
Unless someone on our team has G36 mid caps they are willing to let me borrow, I am in a bit of a bind.

I'm going to try to bring two or three people to this event. If I can't supply them then, they can't come. They are new to the sport and I want them to have a fun time. I will try to cover the people I bring. But if I can't have on or two hi-caps. I can't pull them out. To pull out numbers and have fun doing it, then a few runnig around and shooting at each other. Number make the game more fun.
