Ok, I liked the idea of organizing into multiple squads for this event, since it's worked well for us at other events. So this thread is for anyone who wants to be a squad leader. Once we have a number of squad leaders, the rest of the team can join squads. I am willing to lead a squad if necessary, although I would rather have our captains or others who want to post up first.

I would be more than happy to be a squad leader. Its fun and if your squad does well then you look good . I however will be getting lots and lots of time being a squad leader, PLT leader, etc this year in ROTC so I am also more than happy to let someone else have the fun.

How many squads are we going to run? And if needed I will step up, but only if noone else wants the job.

Well, it depends on how many people come, I think 3-4 man squads would work the best, so we should only need 2 or 3 squad leaders.
Looks like we have tons of people who are willing if needed, so if you want to take a chance to lead at a big event, now's your chance. Otherwise, looks like this should be enough squad leaders if no one else wants to do it. Honestly, it's not as hard as it sounds, and it can be lots of fun.

If you fail, life goes on and learn from it. We will all work as a team anyway. To cover one anothers backs.

Godfather 1 , reporting in, I will definently take charge of a squad or the whoole side we are on like we did in EOD. I am ready for the command role. I just wanna say that I will be commanding from the front though. I am willing to respawn as many times as I need to get to the objective and take us to victory. Lets win this OP !!!!!

Okay, I went ahead and just picked squad leaders, if we need more then we can look at this again. So, from here, just join a squad, and I'll add you. I'm thinking that we should have squad designations, so unless anyone else has any ideas, here's mine:

So, do we just say which squad we want to be on? Since I'm new, I'll be on whatever squad you need me on. Just let me know what you want from me, and I'll do my best fulfill my duties and take down every hostile in my way

I will only take able runners and those who know how to properly clear a room. If you dont fall into these categories then you wont be able to keep up. Thanks DOc

I can run, and I went over cqc with KCAC and FRAT several times and am comfortable with stacking up outside doors, clearing rooms, moving in formation, etc. So I can keep up.

I will take anyone who is willing to come. I dont have a pistol so my team can/will provide security outside of whatever building we are taking.

Anyone can join my squad as well, if you feel a little inexperienced with CQB, we can always do some training.
