Hello fellow airsofters, i'm from Texas. Used to play with NorthTexasAirsoft!
I have a few questions.
Since i just got stationed here at Ft. Riley, i was wondering where do you guys play and how often?
I have no gear other than my military gear. Meaning no gun, no vest... All of that is at home in Texas. Where can i borrow/buy some at a affordable price?
Also, where do you guys meet? Do you have more than one fields?
How nice is this organization? And what does it have to offer me? Who runs it?

Hey welcome to Kansas! lol On normal days i.e. summer time, we playt every sunday and have a couple fields we play on. As far as gear, there is always extra gear and weapons to barrow.
At the moment we haven't been playin much do to weather, schooling, work ect. Anytime we have a game it will be posted on this message board.
KSUAT atends big events, i.e. Operation Pheonix on Ft. Riley. Sometime we travel to other towns to play on other teams fields. We are a millsim airsoft team, utilizing millitary tactics and training.
umm. lol its late, so my brain isn't workin propperly lol. but if you have any other questions or anything just let us know.

Im not sure we've aptly answered your questions, my friend! It's okay guys, let a fellow Texan handle this...
KSUAT was started over 6 years ago as a Student led-student only organization. It has since grown in size and repute including mostly members of the community. It is ran by members, as per yearly vote to a cabinet, complete with constitution (see k-state.edu/airsoft).
KSUAT is a well known name in Kansas and the Mid-West. Our dedication to the sport and integrity and our determination to promote airsoft in the region and the world has led us to be a well liked and respected team (and we like it that way!)
Truth be told, KSUAT has its ups and downs, but the thing that remains the same throughout everything is our commitment to providing members with a fun and safe experience.
I'm not sure what you're looking for in a team, so I won't do the car-salesman thing and tell you we have it, but what we do have are fellas and gals who like to shoot their friends on the weekends on an organized basis.
I wouldn't classify us as Mil-Sim, but I've been asked what military branch we're with at quite a few events and had to tell some astonished folk, we're just simple civvies. (well, a good portion anyway.)
Welcome to Kansas and Ft. Riley
